Oral surgery

Oral surgery is a special field of dentistry and is subject to very strict regulations. It includes all dental, oral and maxillofacial procedures that are performed in the oral cavity. For example: Tooth extractions, implantations, luxations, fractures, root tip resections and more.

The license to practice oral surgery is obtained through a four-year continuing education program followed by an examination and is certified by the German Dental Association.
